Balance Your Macronutrients At Every Meal

The right balance of carbohydrate, protein, and fat at each meal is what turns “eating healthy” into “eating right,” and there is a real difference between the two. As a starting point, aim for 40 to 60 percent of your calories from carbohydrates, 15 to 30 percent from protein, and 15 to 30 percent from fat.
